During Fall 2017 SFG Company was hosting 3 expositions of black and white photographs, created with the help of long exposure, entitled “World Black & White”. The project was presenting the works of four photographers: Cole Thompson / USA, Rohan Reilly / Ireland, Yoshihiko Wada / Japan and Jefflin Ling / Malaysia.
Their works are highly rated by the world-famous awards among which Int’l Photography Awards, Monochrome Photography Awards, Sony World Photography Awards and others. The photographs of the exhibition are united according to the similar technique which is long-exposure usage while shooting and the absence of post production. That basically means that the photographer creates an image, impossible to be seen in reality even if one happens to be at the same place.
All of the three events were highly valued by professional photographers and art critics. Modern Ukrainian audience appreciated the photographs together with the well-thought organization and the atmosphere of the events. Average age of the guests was 22 — 60 years, which speaks of interest to cultural activities and events shown by the conscious population of Ukraine.
During three “World Black & White” exhibitions the photos travelled over 3,000 kilometers, were seen by more than 5,000 guests and got lots positive feedback.
